  • RUNNERS LIFE TRAINING SCHEDULE

    Runner's Life Multisport Club (May - Labour Day)

    Monday Swim 1-2km swim with a great group. Meet 7am @ Beavermeade Park.

    Monday Pub Run Easy, conversational pace. Dogs, baby joggers and friends welcome! 7-10km with free pizza afterwards. FREE workout!

    Tuesday Cycle Average pace of 27km/hr with a fun group for 1.5-3hrs. meet 9:30am @ the Silver Bean.

    Tuesday Intervals A great coached workout to train and test yourself. Meet 6:20pm @ the Jackson Park Pagoda Bridge.

    Wednesday Triathlon Transition racks and someone to watch the bikes are provided. From try-a-tri to sprint and olympic distances, training will vary based on what you need. 6:15pm @ Beavermead

    Thursday Tempo Run Designed to increase stamina, speed and strength. Meet 6:20pm @ Jackson Park Pagoda Bridge.

    Saturday Cycle 1.5-3hrs of group riding at roughly 27km/hr. Meet 9am @ Silver Bean.

    Saturday Long Run Depending on your training needs, this 1-2hr long run to build endurance is a lot more fun as a group. 9am @ Silver Bean. FREE workout!

    There's a $3 drop-in fee for each workout (except the FREE workouts). For the year, register for $90 to have access to all running workouts and $50 for swimming and cycling workouts($140 for both!)
